What We do
Evolution Investment Group sources and negotiates acquisitions of multi-tenant residential properties throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. We specialize in properties which have been foreclosed. We acquire, rehabilitate and lease/sell these multi-tenant residential buildings for the benefit of each investor group. Monthly investor reports are individually prepared and distributed for all of these properties. Rents are collected, expenses are paid and balances are remitted to the investors. As of late, we have been focused on apartment house condominium conversions.
